The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a SAFE and ENJOYABLE experience at Golf 360.

 

  • Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions.

  • Players are responsible for the equipment inside the simulators. NO SWINGING CLUBS OUTSIDE OF THE SIMULATORS for safety reasons.

  • NO OUTSIDE SHOES OR BOOTS. All shoes must be free of dirt and debris. Cleaning running shoes or golf shoes only. Spiked shoes are not permitted.

  • Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. EVERYONE must keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person golfing.

  • Beware and pay attention: Swinging golf clubs near people and balls exiting the bay at high speeds can be extremely dangerous.

  • Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no obstacles are within your range of swing.

  • Be aware of your backswing and follow through at all times.

  • Your shot must be directed toward the hitting screen.

  • Swinging should always take place near the hitting area of the mat.

  • Practice swings must be done in the designated hitting areas.

  • Be alert of where you stand or walk. STAY OUT OF SOMEONE’S RANGE OF SWING

  • Throwing balls is prohibited.

  • Guests under 16 must be supervised by an adult when playing unless they are an active Junior Golf Player

  • REPORT ANY ACCIDENTS IMMEDIATELY TO THE SERVICE STAFF.

  • Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the rules and guidelines of GOLF 360

  • Keep food and drink at the provided tables. No food and drink is allowed inside the simulator at any time.

  • Outside alcohol and beverages are prohibited. Outside food has a $5 surcharge per person.

  • Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid simulator time without compensation.

 

 

Damage to Facilities

  • Customers are responsible to pay for damages to equipment and premises caused by careless use of equipment or other intentional negligent acts.

 

 

Reservations and Cancellation Policies

​

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone or in-person and can be done up to 7 days in advance.

  • It takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes per person to complete 18 holes. Due to demand and in order to discourage booking longer sessions than required, players will be charged for the time that was reserved, regardless of the actual time used.

  • Cancellation Policy: 24 hours advanced notice is required when cancelling reservations.  If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled reservation (unless we are able to fill the time cancelled).
